A lovely apartment with excellent facilities in the complex, including a pool, gym, kids play area and even a small bouldering wall. Stunning mountain views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Nous avons passé un petit séjour magnifique dans ce lieu féérique où le calme règne et le paysage est à couper le souffle. L'appartement offre tout le confort souhaitable et la chambre enfants dispose d'une super collection de livres et de DVD pour tous les goûts et tous les âges. Les lits sont confortables ce qui ne gâche rien. Les infrastructures proposées par la résidence sont multiples et chacun trouve aisément de quoi s'occuper. La promenade a pied jusqu'à Chamonix centre le long de rivières est également un pur plaisir. Je recommande absolument ce lieu de séjour.Réponse envoyée par Marie
The apartment is well equipped and nicely laid out. Sadly the first two wine glasses used were broken. Why? Flocks of dust in many of the corners In many of the rooms. The shower didn’t drain….. plughole full of hair from previous occupants. Not really my idea of a holiday cleaning other people’s yuk. Why? The oven kept blowing the trip electric yet despite raising it as a problem no action was taken. Nice tv with Sonos sound system. Unfortunately sub woofer on the floor on the party wall….. so as soon as you turn it on the neighbours complain. We were told that Chamonix town centre was where everything was. 20-25 minute walk…… actually La Praz is a 10 minute walk with most facilities you need. All the super markets are open on Sundays until 7 o’clock at least…NOT 12 o’clock.
Hello Patrick, sorry to hear you noticed things that were not good enough while I had no feedback during your entire stay…so obviously I could not do anything about it. If you had told me I would have told our concierge to come back and fix. Regarding location, it’s the right location, I walk to Chamonix and this is the time it takes. As mentioned in the listing, a car is recommended. It’s not my idea of a good renting relationship.

This property is exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped apartment with lovely interior design and facilities. Perfect for a small family or group with 3 good-sized bedrooms with soundproof windows. No AC, but not required with temperatures cool enough at night. The residence has a decent sized pool, spa, sauna and steam room, with fantastic gym we used a lot. My kids loved the bouldering wall, the fooseball and billiard tables. The gardens are spectacular, the view is stunning of Mont Blanc and a lovely lake. Location is near the sports area of Chamonix and about a 20 min walk from the main town so a car is helpful if you want to shop. Couldn’t ask for a more spectacular stay for a month, we were sad to leave and we really can’t wait to come back!
Très bon séjour, la vue est magnifique sur l'aiguille du midi. Avec vue sur le lac aussi. Je recommande ce logement.
Le Mont Blanc est timide il ne se montre pas facilement mais quand il apparaît, la vue du balcon est splendide (elle est très belle le reste du temps)
The apartment is very nice, easy to get to by car and the host provides very detailed directions and check-in info. The place is well equipped, nicely furnished and has beautiful balconies. As promised- the views are amazing. The entire complex is very quiet and comfortable. The pool and sauna are accessible during the day.
