our apartment located in the Résidence La Cordée in les Praz de Chamonix faces Mont Blanc and has a beautiful view with the small lake in front of the residence. Waking up every morning with such a view is definitely magic!
With its 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (78m2) in total, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. You will benefit from and underground parking space and a ski locker and will have access to all the high-end services of the residence during your stay.
With it's high-end materials and warm decoration, you will feel at home!

During your sty, you will have access to the all the common areas of the Résidence La Cordée:
- baby foot / billiards / games room for children / library area
- The wellness area with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness and climbing wall. This space is open between 10am and 9pm everyday. Specific rules apply for residents. Make sure to respect them at any time.
A quiet location in the city.
The Chamonix valley extends over 15km from les Houches massif to Vallorcine at the border with Switzerland.
Depending on tastes and the season you visit Chamonix, you'll enjoy a multitude of outdoor and indoor activities.
Unlike many resorts, Chamonix is a 15,000 inhabitant city that is lively all year round and whose population if multiplied by 5 or 6 during peak winter and summer season. It is therefore appreciable to be a bit outside of hubbub the city while accessing it easily.
Our residence if located in the Praz plain, 800m from the Flégère lift and 20' from the town center by foot (or 5' by car).
